Well, the way 2025 is going, it sure feels like it. Will we even have a college football season? Nobody knows, but if we don't, it's definitely a sign of the pending apocalypse (that, or we hit Jumanji level 4 only 6 months into the year). That said, we figured the timely uncertainty, pandemic and chaos deserves a fitting design. Hence, the 2025 design being an homage to the cover art for a legendary metal band's album. (If you can't make the connection, I'm not sure you deserve the tee ;) An album that just happened to be released in 1971, a year something else great happened...it was one of the 5 year's we won a national championship. The design shows subtle nods to those 5 wins (the 5 stitches in the football), as well as 'Skully' holding his martini with "skull olive," a nostalgic element used in quite a few of our BSSC designs over the past decade. We don't know what's going to happen, but this annual tee drop design was one tradition we refused to break in a time like this.
